Shudh Garhwal Khoya is made from best quality of milk without adding any preservatives. It is great product for all your Indian authentic milk sweets like Burfi, Gulab Jamun, Kalakand, Gajar Halwa and many more. We make three variants of khoya:
1. Khoya Pindi -: Pindi is in round form and usually used to make Burfi which is creamy in texture, soft and excellent in taste.
2. Khoya Dhap -: Dhap is mashed or soft form of khoya usually used to make Gulab Jamun.

We are the pioneer in innovating and launching Unsalted Yellow Butter from pure cow milk’s cream in India. As against FSSAI norms of 76% fat content, we maintain fat content of 84% (±2) thus making it an extraordinary product.
Shudh Garhwal’s Unsalted Yellow Butter can be used in cooking and baking. It is traditionally manufactured, from carefully selected and churned creams. The Butter has Natural texture and intense & aromatic flavor. It is ideal for sweet and savory shortcrust pastry, buttercream, mousselines etc.
Our pasteurized Table Butter is creamier & tastier with naturally yellow in colour because we use natural yellow cow milk cream where as other leading brands are using buffalo white cream and then adding 3% annatto colour to give it a yellow colour.
Also, our yellow butter contains less than 1.9% of common salt against the permissible limit of 3%. It has a shelf life of 6 months if kept below 4 Degree Celsius.
White Butter is unsalted butter which is an integral part of Indian dishes.
